Kevin J. Soltis has a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Youngstown State University, Youngstown, OH. His work experience includes over 30 years of rubber manufacturing and 15 years of plastic manufacturing in a variety of markets (automotive, aerospace, industrial, and architectural). His background responsibilities include product design; engineering sales support; engineering management (multi-sites); quality management (multi-sites); plant management; plant start-ups; new building construction; sales, continuous improvement; certifications for ISO9001, IATF16949, and AS9100; capital expenditures; compound development; and more.

David J. Trevis is a customer support engineer with 20+ years of experience resolving quality issues in the automotive industry. His background knowledge includes sorting; repair; reviewing products for fit, form, and function; and analyzing and assessing potential design changes with quality engineers. David provides continuous instruction and guidance to company personnel to exceed customer expectations.
